OK, I think I figured out 12wsa. But, I cant seem to figure out to get to the second picture. I see [the instruction how to find the second pic ] and it should be obvious how to get to the second picture...but alas, it is not for me. I have tried just about all of the possible answers, except the right one, of course.

Anybody have a clue?

I'm feeling this level is easy but can't find a right way.

I compared both combination of letters. I bowed my head, applied these combination of letters to the "thing" but it makes me no sense.

I have to say, I'm most frustrated.
I've found both pics, and I have no idea what the clue from the source means. I get "looking down". I think I get the connection to the letters.
It's been a week or more, and I still don't get it.
It's like Murphy's law "If you can't understand it, it is intuitively obvious."
