I asked the right question, but now I can't find the right answer. I tried --- and get a three letter word or three digits depending on the "direction" combined. Is this the right idea?

This is very right idea. You have 3 letters, but there is something more. Given in source, highlighted at picture. 3 + source = answer. Some googling will be needed later, as it won't be end of 28 ;]

If you have the letters, you must arrange them in a proper direction. From the "most" to the "less" important. Then add a thing which should be added.

...and it's good to remember one of the previous passwords because what you have to write now is quite similar to... something in the past [it helps to write the right thing but except for that - this connection is useless]

I figured out the riddle in the source of first page. I asked the right question. Now I have a picture of something that relates to the question I asked. Hope I am not being too vague. This picture clearly shows an answer to my question, but I am not sure how to turn that into a way to the next page. Source on this page gives me what I think is a very obvious statement that {three letters} = {one number}. Those three letters are faded on the picture, so they are definitely signicant somewhow. Anybody have hints?

#28b If I use... hmm ... the numbers, these lead me to a side which matches to a part of the picture. What leads me to ... somthing very famous? So far so good. But I don't know how to get letters.
