in the source i see something connected to the music (rather) or linguistics (connected to the image - but then i'm using one letter twice). Other hint tells me what to do - but even then those letters don't show anything logical. And the last hint i don't understand in the the given context (i thought, that maybe it can be used to shift letters, but no avail - nothing).

What can you tell me?

Zoom in, colorize, mess with contrast and briteness - I think that's all you can do. If you have done everything properly and see the right thing - now it's only the matter of reading.

one "teeth" one letter? I do what i must do ^^ but only h/v give me normal letters ,w/r give me 2(?) letter each and others give me nothing ;/

stuck on part a. i've tried different things, like changing the sequence of letters or changing them into numbers and then doing something... nothing worked so far. i also tried to use an anagrammer and know, that it's rather impossible to compose a proper word or words from the given letters, so I probably need some convertions. any suggestions?

ok, so i am completely stumped on part a. i looked at it from different angles, but i still dont know what to do with the letters, i can get a vowel or two from them if i look at it from a certain angle, but i still dont know how to get a word or words from this group of letters. help please!!

this "angle" thing is rather metaphorical and has more to do with the source than with the letters from pic. First understand this hint, later "do the right thing" on text.
