I'm stucked here for a few weeks. And I just don't know how to face this one.
I see the number, and the (10 10), but not sure what they mean.
It is just (---), the level, it means something about binary, or something about invert...
Some riddles are unsolvable.

ok, lets collect all hints about how to decode number...
- brackets refer to one level from the past
- this level points out the general method of decoding
- what is in the brackets shows the specific 'variant' of this method

i know to what level the brackets refer to
i understand the general method of decoding in that level
but i don't have any idea about 'specific variant of this method'. how can (10 ... 10) show this 'variant'? all i know is that --- mean --- but i don't think there's any use of it
mathematically speaking anything in brackets involves a multiplication. well strictly speaking brackets aren't necessary. but i take it this is not what you're all referring to. if this is so, then i still don't know what you normally do with these sorts of numbers, or however it was put?!?!
still stuck. i'm gonna go over all the clues i have.
people keep talking about something that is missing, which i presume to be the ---. in between these two digits is a long number. people keep saying that the smaller numbers are (10)(10) which doesn't really make sense because there is only one set of brackets in the picture, not two.
anyhow from what people have tried to hint at on here, i presume the number 4 is important in decoding the large number, i just don't know how!
that is all i have. and if any of what i have just said gives too much away, please cover it in spoiler stuff as i don't really know what is right and what is wrong!!!

I myself ain't getting what most of the hints here are trying to point at.
So, mine is: The missing thing isn't missing, it's there, but in another form.
You say that the two 10s are ---. But that isn't important, although this idea might be close to the idea you need.
Think on this:
-you see 10 in binary, you think it's two
-you see 10 in decimal, you think it's ten.
still don't get it! and please stop putting smiley faces as i know this means that there is a clue, but i can't figure it out, so the smiley faces are just winding me up and laughing at me!!!

i am still stuck here. i have been at it for 2 months or more. if anyone can offer any help that has not already been given i would greatly appreciate it. and i do appreciate those who have already tried to help, it just hasn't helped me enough!!
people keep saying that the smaller numbers are (10)(10) which doesn't really make sense because there is only one set of brackets in the picture, not two.
Combine this knowledge with what you've learned some levels ago.
Okay, I am stuck here. I have found the level with brackets. It has been said that I only need to decode the big number once, and I just can't find the right way to do it. Is --- the right solution?
