Superb level, and it so happens that I wrote a program some time ago that helped me out a bit in solving it!

Completly stuck... I found the hintscreen from whats missing in the picture, but that gives me nothing.. I know which level to go back to, do I still use the converter? (sorry if that's spoily.) Also, does B***** hintscreen apply to this level?

first hintscreen you found is important in some way ;)
it tells you that you need to modify the method from the past

B** hintscreen is not from this level ;)

Fantastic, I'm still lost. I was hoping that was for this one. Maybe someone can pm me and shove me in the right direction?

Someone please help me I've been stuck here for so long. I've tried multiple conversions with no luck. I've seen one hint screen from what's missing in the picture. Help!!

as it was pointed out before, you need to do something you already did in some earlier level(s), with one slight (yet vital) change. Purple Hell may help.

Ya I understand which level to look back at but everything I've tried so far hasn't produced anything. I have no idea what purple hell is. Should I?

Edit. Aaaahhhhh!! Googled purple hell, got the answer!! Wooooo! Thanks!!

I'm lost. I got the HS from the thing that is not present, tried different conversions with whole number and separate digits using ---... and i still can't find anything logical.
Does the title mean something (except for literal meaning)?

One of the things you mentioned is valid and should have given you the answer.

Try again but better.

I have seen your post before Beezqp censored it -- one of your ideas is correct, check them again.

Is one conversion enough, or is it like in the other riddle?

One conversion enough. You might be using a faulty tool, google and find a different one that works correctly. The answer will jump out at you in a VERY obvious way if you do one particular conversion.

Beezqp: he means level 20. Also, why is a PM I sent to you still sitting in my outbox? Is it a forum bug or did you not have the time to read it yet?

Got the answer ;) The tool wasn't faulty, my brain was :D Then i found a tool and did the conversion properly :)
Some riddles are unsolvable indeed, this one was the hardest one IMO. Also, should've think deeper about highiq's hint. Overlooking it took a lot of precious time from my life...
Thanks a lot for your help people :)
@Beezqp: yes, i meant 20.

If you truly understood what you were doing in the first level with brackets than what you have to do to those numbers with (***) should make more sence. If you don't know what you were doing with the first level with brackets maybe do some searching.

Hi guys I'm stuck on this level. ---

So my question is this; have all the hints provided so far meant that the large number should be considered ---?

Feel free to spoilerise!

Funny as I'm not sure if anyone would be able to post more spoilers than you just did. 8)

Apologies for the spoilers!

I have tried using the 2 methods I wrote before the spoiler tags were added, but I get no real words. Am I doing the right thing?

Thanks to everyone who helped me.

For those still struggling, my advice is this; many people have said you need to look to the past and do something similar, only with a small change. This is not quite true. You actually have to look to the past and then do the opposite of what you did there, as if you are moving in reverse.

Good luck to everyone.

I'm wondering if I have to use JC's method (wow that is so hard to hint at without actually saying it, please spoil if necessary) to get this? Because I've tried every possible way (I would assume it's supposed to be the 1010th one) of using that technique (man the internet is handy for that!) and can't make any sense of anything I get, no matter if I use single digits or go beyond or use a combination of the two.

Triple checked my initial conversion of the number after I realized that I got the first letter wrong. Still nothing obvious.

Took a break at 54, but I will return... eventually. After all, taking breaks is allowed, right? I remember long breaks on 29, 30, 32, 41, 44...

So, for 22... ignore JC.

You're searching for a single conversion that will give you a STRIKINGLY OBVIOUS result. Like the answer will be staring right in your face, no further "making sense" or "reconversions" are to be done.

If your method does not give you anything obvious, it's not the right method. If your method has more than one way of doing it, it's not the right method either.
