I am stuck on 20b. I decoded the 1s and 0s the way I did it in 20a, so I think it has to be right. But now I cant figure out how to make letters out of those numbers. The alphabet doesnt help very much...

oh no... it was so difficult to figure out how to calculate "normal" numbers out of all this 010 stuff. how shall i do this with letters? i found a tool to translate b..... codes, but it doesnt help.

i converted the word circle to numbers and then coverted that using ---, but got nothing.

i have no idea what to do with the other numbers on the page.

I know ABC, 123, ABC - but I don't know which letters I have to translate in which numbers (there are many possibilities) and then how to translate the numbers --- without getting --- again? And in this context what's the meaning of the numbers in the centre?
I've tried many translations using different starting points and different words but I can't get through...

Stuck at (2)0...part one. I've been trying to convert the numbers in the middle using 7-_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (A _ C _ _), but to no avail. I get letters for the first 2 sets of _, but after that I start getting gibberish.

Oh boy. So after more than 2 weeks of deliberation, a new pic on the level 20A itself (just subtle differences, still no idea what they mean) and many new posts...I still have no idea what to do with the centre portion of the circles. Gyaah.
