There are lots of clues/red herrings through the level, but its hard to join them all

If you have the key, there are only two pages needed. First, connect the key to its source, then try to do the same thing with the door. There is ONE little detail on the key, that can be very helpful to solve it.

I've seen that detail before, but trusted more in perfect order than chaos when finding its meaning...

I've do something on the pic site, but I've got no clue what to do with those letters, even with hints from beezqp (thanks for'em ;]).

Look at the stairs again, then look at those letters. Try to imagine the layer with stairs on them and "go between the lines".

As I said, find a DETAIL that has nothing to do with the password, but may be very useful clue to figure out the connection between key and TP. Then use it to open the door.

i found the word on 1st page, decoded the second (btw the lines), searched and found clue on the last. but while i can make many words, none seem to fit. any other hints? have enjoyed the puzzle so far

Got the between the lines. Now stalled on next step. Wondering what all this TP talk is about right now.
Which makes me think I'm missing something.
