Hey, I returned to this riddle after a couple of years and managed to re-solve what I had done without much trouble, and even got a bit further without having much trouble... this level is stumping me for the moment, though.
I am at 14.. and I came to the forum for some hints but it seems like everyone else here was able to complete this part of the level without any trouble. All the posts are like "I'm stuck at the first page... oh wait! I got it and now I'm on 14..." without any mention of trouble with the second page [14..].
Now I feel silly! Would anyone like to give me a nudge in the right direction for this part?
EDIT: I guess this is what you call the "power of posting"... I'm looking at 14... now.
Since I keep coming here for help I'll try my hand at offering some of my own...
So you've found all the parts of the puzzle... ---, etc., and you've found out about TP. You found the page at TP with the numbers... that page tells you how to read the key. Once you see how, go on and read the key... and then use it ---.
Hope that helps and hope it's not saying too much, cut me up if need be!

Okay, um getting past the first picture was easy, and now I'm on the HS (?) with all those letters, i've noticed a pattern, I think, but should I be doing something to those letters, maybe something involving mirrors?
edit: wow, I feel stupid now, just had to do it like I would in a newspaper. Found what is obviously ---, now what...
edit: the power of posting exists, it's true. I found TP, and how the #s relate to T*****
i've used it on a couple of things and mostly ended up with long strings of gibberish, apart from a two word suggestion? Am I on the right track now?

Apart from the two words suggestion, you should have ---

no, I got the right answer eventually, I realized that I had been ---, so that threw me off ---, as soon as I had the right nos. I was fine. The last letter makes me laugh for some reason.
The first part of the puzzle is most definately possible to solve with paint. I couldn't figure out how to do it with any other program. I'm now stuck on "4...." Got the numbers, figure I know where to use them but I could be wrong. I try going from right to left, top to bottom, but I get nothing that makes any sense...Help!!

Stuck on what I think is the last part of 14....
I have TP and I understand how it relates the number sequence to "T*****" and I got a --- word using that on the key but I don't know where to go from here. I tried using the number sequence with --- , and although I got something that made perfect sense, it didn't work.
Any help?

First off: this has been a wonderful diversion.
Second, I'm now on my second run through (I stopped at 14 about 3 years ago) and now I'm back. I'm again stuck at 14 though (after getting through the first 13 with minimal difficulty), and I don't know how to progress.
I've gotten the two to become one, and now am looking between the lines. However, looking between the lines is totally escaping me. I've tried looking at the arrangements on the common object they are based on, but that hasn't helped me at all. (there are no patterns I can discern)
These letters just don't seem to make sense. And it seems like this isn't a particularly challenging section of 14., but I haven't been able to crack it yet.

Ok, so with that hint, I THINK I know what to I need do, but I don't know what to do it on...
The strings of letters themselves, or the lines that they make on the object that they are based on?
Or neither? Have I just missed something totally obvious that everyone else has seen? From reading the thread, people either have no idea where to start (stuck at first page), or are much further along.
EDIT: JUST GOT TO 14..
Wow... ok, for those who are stuck like me: Here's a few (hopefully non-spoily) hints.
1: Think simple
2: Go downstairs
3: Between the lines is a hint, but maybe not in the way that you think it is.
If you are using scratch sheets of paper and drawing pictures and lines, then you are WAY over-thinking this. Trust me.
Now on to 14.. This one will be tough as well I think.
