If you have the three word command, use it with what is staring you in the face... if you get a hint screen, it means you did something right.

I got the many pages with the letters, also the one with the 3-word-command, and know what to take literally.
But I have no idea of what to do now. The letters seem random, they don't make any sense. Also, I have no idea of how to arrange them properly, does it have to do with anagrams?
I know this thread is already full of hints, but if I could get just one more...

3-word-command... Apply it on something, that seems pretty useful but has not been used before in this level. Those thingies are looking at you from the beginning.

Why don't you try both ways yourself? You won't even get a 404 if you get it wrong, there's a special hintscreen page for this... and there are only two possibilities, are you really not willing to simply try both of them?
