After almost 3 months, since I've found this level, I still don't know how to even start... :/ There is certainly to much b's, which are giving me a headache. Any hints on what should I take into consideration first?

Damn... That is what I thought... So far those "bibi's" makes no sense to me (although there is some misty pattern that I see) and I don't know what to do with them. But I will try to figure out something...

Could it stand for .... or even ..... ? Does it not stand for anything?

(My favourite crazy idea so far was "turkmenistan" - no luck :P )
