Oh dear, hard to list them. My favourites are brightness & contrast, colouring layers, clarifying, negative, adding layers with high transparency & merging them, adding noise or despeckling, gaussian blur... + some retouching tools like push, darken RGB, lightness up.
Sometimes I experiment with other ones but I don't know them very well so it's mainly like a guessing game, but even with my familiar tools I got often suprised by the effect. And oh - I don't use PS, got used to paint shop pro.
