Before I continue working on this puzzle I just want to make sure I'm clear about something. Several people have mentioned a "second picture". Are you talking about the thing with the brackets, numbers, and periods, or is there an actual second picture I just haven't found yet?

Also, what software can be used to ---? Can someone tell me or would that be considered a spoiler?

Firstly - what you found is HS. HS = HintScreen, special screen with some more info how to solve level. Use HS to find a real second picture.

Use additional software or think out some tricks. I advise the first as it's good to be friends with some stuff from the start ;)

Meame, you know the method to solve, you have all the tools necessary to solve, now it is simply up to you...there are no further hints that will help you, it is just a matter of accuracy now. Ok, so a few of you are having problems with the "[] rows". for those of you who know how to decrypt the numbers, but dont hav a clue about how the 3 dots make any sense, i'll phrase it this way. Just keep thinking about them until you have a clear "image/picture" in your head about what they are to do with.

Sry 2 the mods if this is considered too obvious, this is my 1st post to attempt to help others. :/
