Oh, I didn't actually get random as the password--what I got just looked like a string of random letters; it wasn't a word.

I know, "random" means random stuff But if you do everything properly [it's hard not to do so if you know what to do], you should have the right word [which is normal word, not just string of letters]. So I wonder how did it happen

Hint in source-code is very helpful, but you have to think about it more literally. Think about some words not as about those meanings, but as about things. Put them into

and then read whole sentence.

As someone said additional software is helpful here. If you'll use it correctly answer is clear. But first you must find "the way". Don't overthink. It is lvl 5 :p

I have read and re-read all the clues on this thread many times. I studied the source for hours. I have examined the picture and I can clearly see everything I should see in the picutre. Nothing makes sense to me though. Question is the answer. Circled "ME". "DEATH" Upside down and backwards 5/question mark, etc. I really need a point in the right direction, please.

Er... Firstly - don't mislead Egg Page with Hint Screen/Page. Egg Page isn't to help you, it's just funny intermission. Hint Screen exist to help you.

So. You found HS. Great. You recognised clue. But... words from clue aren't full answer. KISS* it. You put answer (leading to another step, but nevermind) into URL.

It usually looks like that:

texttexttext.extension

You found text in clue. Anything got missed?

Someone please help...I'm still on the first page of the level, and I put EVERYTHING I could think of in the url, and I tried following all these obvious clues (don't I feel smart? ) but I can't get to the next page! ; ; I'd like to find it out on my own, but I'm getting very frustrated.
