(You can post for help if you need it, though. Just be careful not to give anything away...)
In order of difficulty:

a is for adenine

b is for base-10
c) MAC VERSION: ¡ª ¡∞ ¡¢ ¶
WINDOWS VERSION: ‼ ☼ ♫ •
c is for control? - no, but close...
d) 6 8 8 9 equals seven. What does 2 100 8 8 equal?
D is for Death...
e) What is it called?
e is for end!

Every riddle is pretty much straightforward, i solved everything... except B
that wasn't the way i was thinking, but i can't think of any "more easy
than riddle C" method to use there.
My riddle skills are rusting, i guess. Or i just can't find the right tool. Whatever... ;P

Ok, i tried that in other sites, but when i found out the ".0" one the conversion worked fine...
anyways, by the other answers i was alreay expecting that word.

I realise the forum is mostly dead these days, but I had a cool idea for a new riddle, so I thought I'd post it here. It's a bit harder than the previous ones, but anyone who's made it past level 20 or so of IH shouldn't have too much trouble with it. Good luck
