Thank you all for leading us - me and my friend Mozgur - through the paths of the game!
It was quite a long trip, but we have finally passed the gate of 61. Now time for the rest.
First of all, Tynka - incredible clever woman and "robot from future" as someone said, thank you
Xanax - especially at the beginning, you gave us much help
Kmon - thanks for hints and description, california man!
All of you with odd sense of humour, and all who gave any hints, big bow.
If you believe in forever
Then life is just a one-night stand
If there's a rock and roll heaven
They must have one hell of a band
Beezqp - don't quit it.

Somewhere it had to begin being hard
btw - from 2007 i got many PMs about this step, most of them starting with something like: "Do i really have to <...> ?" and my answer for most of them was: "yes, you really have to <...> Try your idea and good luck"
so, i believe you also know what to do here just try and good luck

Finally got through to Part B. >:O Man, Part A now seems so obvious in hindsight.
EDIT: Part B was really straightforward -- onto Part C.
EDIT: Got through Part C in a jiffy (saw it and knew what to do). Now onto Part D.
EDIT: Oh god
EDIT: Found a hintscreen! Finally.
EDIT: Wait... did I just solve it? I tried something and wound up... at a place I've been to before.
EDIT: SOLLLVEEEDDDDD! Made it to the "last page" and submitted my HoF thing that will never see the light of day.
Overall solve time for IH Levels 1 - 60 around 2.5 weeks
Hints for Level 60:
-For Part A: Don't overwrite. The belt is sticky. Measurements are important. If you're asking, "Do I really need to...?" the answer is "Yes, you really need to."
-For Part B and C: Eh, no hints really needed here. Pretty straightforward stuff. Don't skip everything!
-For Part D: Really, really make sure your picture is accurate. There is a hint screen that will verify if you've done everything correctly. You've already completed Part A, so keep on going!
I guess now I have to find 61 somehow.
EDIT: Found!

I think it's funny that Chapter 6 is basically one level -- albeit a larger one
60A... still. Trying my best to ask proper questions about an almost clueless level without spoiling:
EDIT: found a detail, changed my questions
1. Is the writing a hint or just flavor text? Do I have to take something "extremely" literally?
2. That long "bar" on the bottom. There is a certain detail, which seems to indicate its importance. So... when I spin the wheels, does the bar also spin?
1. If you mean "Hush..." text then AFAIR it's not important.
2. Yes it does.
Look closer. Somebody already started to do right thing for you.

I mean the text that's on the page, not in the source... but my "page text" idea is most likely wrong and stupid, so please ignore.

OOOOOOOOOOH wait a second, reaLly?
Let me try something. I think I was trying to use the answer place as a pointer and the pointer as an answer place, if that makes sense... progress will be slow, but now I think I at least understand what the level wants from me, what kind of a riddle it wants me to solve...
I only meant the first part, 60A... but since my attempts have failed, you're likely right. I don't.
So there's one thing that is probably supposed to tell me when to stop... several times. I needed image editing to see the detail(s) on that thing.
Then there are the empty wheels with a Letter in one of them... somehow I have to fill that in, right? I don't know how, but at least I understand that this is what the level seems to want from me...
On 60A, do I focus on the wheeL, or on all three empty wheels?
Though the thing that really bugs me is that I don't understand how to use the number wheel... is there anything in this picture that is only there for later parts of the level, or do I have to use everything at once in 60A already?
As you do what you say you do in your signature just forward what needs to be forwarded and collect it at the end. And yes - putting some light on things helps.
PS. And try not to spoil too much in here

With SnowMen's gracious help I was finally able to stop overthinking and got out of 60A. It was obvious, after all.
On the maze of 60B... it looks like it's exactly what I think it is.
EDIT: Jeez, how long it took you to make all these pages?! You're dedicated, that's for sure.
EDIT 2: I've got four white dots and still going, was your intention to make the players feel like they're Pac-man being experimented upon by a mad scientist with a penchant for the eerie and bizarre? Because that's kind of what I feel like...
EDIT 3: 60C! Oh, and one of the 60B pages has no sound effects, which seems like a bug. I've sent a PM to Beezqp.
EDIT 4: 60D... really, game? Wow, this is not going to be easy...
LAST EDIT: I really don't know why 60D set my brain on fire this much -- I even managed to use an improper point of connection TWICE, so I was getting incorrect letters... but solved. Eventually. Thanks to SnowMen's assistance I'm finally out of 60D and on the Hall of Fame page -- I haven't submitted yet, because I want to take a quick look at the rest of the game to be able to accurately fill the "Favorite Level" part.
HOLY CRAP I'm "out" at last. I know the HOF page now technically counts as part of 60, but what matters is that I got there. And even if it counts as part of 60, it's still part of the "post-HOF" chapter of the game, so it probably already counts as enough to be Hellite.
That one letter change in the 60D scheme is seriously evil, btw -- first time I didn't even realize it was there, I just fudged the answer until it worked... but understood it in the end. Good way to protect yourself against a certain kind of automated solvers, though.
One quick revision of the game later, I'll submit my HOF and begin looking for 61...
FINAL FINAL EDIT: Sent my HOF in. Will look for 61 soon.
After a long hiatus, I'm finally back. And now I'm stuck on 60D. (60A is actually easy, just a trap for overthinkers like me. )
I think I know what +22 and the source hint refer to. I think I know where I need to get letters from. However, I really have no idea on how to find a HS. Any nudge?
(Also, are the number of wheels in 60D any worth of significance?)
Well, if you did the part A correctly, part D should be natural continuation. You found 3 thingies, so go back to where they can be applied. If you know what 22 refers to, you basically have it all. HS is just confirmation for the stuff you get from the excercise, since at first glimpse it is a bunch of gibbie. Picture gives out the rest.
Make sure to have your champagne ready.

Finally! Closed the circle after 3.5 months (last level alone took me 2 months )
Some hints for part D, just in case previous hints are too cryptic:
1) You have everything you need. Find something in the past where they can be applied to...
2) Keep doing what you did. Don’t miss every single new detail...
3) Once you have a new word, use what you haven’t used yet.
4) Remember, everything you have done is necessary.
Two months of playing and I've finally decided to make a post here!
...because I'm absolutely stuck on the first part. But judging by the posts here, maybe it's actually simpler than it is and I'm overthinking it... All I know is that I have to [...] something and stop on the detail...

One wheel gives the order away. Just spin it correctly...
Just wanted to make this post to say that I'm now on 60D. (Thanks so much lla for helping me on A. I did not think it would be that obvious; I thought I had to literally [...] there.)
Now onto 60D...
I am so close to stepping out of this first circle...
