OK, so turns out it's something I've already TRIED (because it made sense) but consistently miscounted two letters. Because of that I don't feel too bad about receiving a spoiler (instead of a hint) per PM. Nice level, anyway.

Also, I don't feel the last Google step is a good idea -- if some 10 years later (or something) the needed page will disappear, it could become completely unsolvable. Still, I have to admit I do like the idea, just not the fact that it's an "unstable" level, if you catch my drift. Or maybe I'm wrong, considering that it has been "stable" for years and years and years...

Hint: don't compare the 59B clue to 59A, it's the same surface, but the way the clue works is completely different from 59A. So knowing that it's the same surface should be enough for you.

Bleah...embarrassed to say this, but I am really stuck on the very beginning of this level and needing a hint here. I really don't know how to interpret the 'gibberish' in either the pop-ups or the source, neither do I know about the numbers in the picture. I have tried 'shifting' in many ways possible, but all of them are getting gibberish for me.

Stuck here again, this time, trying to look for 59B. I already have 3 HSs:

1) One with something and an extension
2) One with 'YAM'
3) Another one that can only be found in the source of 59A

Right now, I'm stuck trying to find either the right folder or file. I don't know if the HS I found is actually the right one, neither do I know how to interpret the HS with the extension.
