it is very sad when invalid methods give you almost non-gibberish, and they you stretchen your head like crazy to figure out what is implying that little change. but actually you get the whole idea wrong.

4 HS so far, 3 from dials + 1 strange omission + 1 letting me know the state of affairs regarding "something". Mysterious. I thought I knew what that something was, but the obvious thing didn't work (as it hasn't, since like...62 or something)
edit: There we go. Found what I was missing, and the meaning behind the omission. After a bit of a guessing game (a little bit unclued and just pure guessing, but no biggie), got something new. I *think* I have the right instinct on this, but I can't test it out just yet.
edit: yep. For once in a long time my intuition is right Nothing jumps out at me for this new part though.

OK, even with the help of the epihellix guys, I think we're stuck here. One of us (not me) found how to apply the "sound" to the wheels and then we got something...
5 HS -- the most obvious one telling us the "state of something", and then there's four more HS, one of which is a peculiar "omission" that didn't give me anything useful so far, especially because I can't figure out any other word that would replace this one. That's all from the wheels.
I didn't move the lines yet (on the bottom), nor do I know how to, nor do I know what to do with them even when they will be in the right positions.
I'm referring to the bottom sliders only, yes. Wheels are already spun in position and I got a bunch of HS from them. Including one that says "b** e********" which REALLY puzzles me, but I guess I have to move the sliders first in order to understand.
The wheels gave me a sound-related thing... and I can see how the sliders might be related to that. But two sliders aren't there... and even if they were, knowledge of the "term" given by the wheels doesn't seem to help much with the sliders.
I have no idea what to "visualize" in order to see.
That's what I get for locking myself into a COMPLETELY wrong mindset and not being able to budge. I even understood the numbers, but dammit...
For future solvers: don't try to put the sliders into some mysterious shape that should tell you something. It's not about the final curve at all, their eventual position is meaningless. Forget about that.
Also, there are more numbers than sliders and yes, that's important. Keep following the instruction and don't bother with trying to make a shape, just... follow. And visualize the path you took to get there.

EDIT: Even simpler: "move the lines" is a bit of a misnomer. "Trace the lines" would be better, I think.
EDIT 2: OH COME ON, of course I had the right idea in the sing part but dismissed it because it gave me crap after a few ambiguities... threw me off. And OF COURSE someguy figured it out first -- I think in the epihellix group he was the first one to solve each and every step of this level! This is definitely a level that refused to click for me, all the way through. It's a good one, but really not the type of riddle I'm any good at.
Argh, this sing part reminds me of 92 in Ze?t. A wrong detail and it becomes an overthinker’s trap. I guess you need someone to confirm if your details are right or not. Anyway, onwards to 74 after a long time.

The sinamp one, "mixtape" was a puzzling referrence.
There is no indicator telling if I should even look for letters or for words, or be it anything. The only blurred thingy I got is "from ***** to ***". I sticked with these for now.

Edit: Ah, yes, there it is. Got the "confirmation" from a long streak, but it tells me bad things. That's something, at least. I felt the scent of the right path but I knew I blew up the details before.
