Well, there are 2 pictures in part B for some reason.
Also, even if you claim to be terrible with PS/GIMP, their main feature (lacking in Paint) may become handy in here.
If you have passed the first part of 14, you already know what "feature" you should be thinking of.
Despite that, the answer is hard to read. You CAN make it more readable (Beezqp told me how because I complained about it a lot after passing the level) but if you're really, truly terrible with PS/GIMP... let's just say "prepare for hell".
I know what to do after I find the things I need to do it with, it's just a matter now of finding those specific things. Which still no luck with finding what I need. It's not that I can't read it, but that I can't find anything to read yet - I guess really the problem is I can't find anything to "make" the thing I am supposed to read, if that makes sense. I can't find the pieces of the puzzle in order to be able to put them together.
EDIT: Oh. Man. I cannot express with words the immense elation I just felt when I did something I thought I'd already tried and finally saw what looked like a letter. And then another. And then another. Then I realized...I did it. Now I get to squint at things and make myself blind.
EDITx2: Okay this thing totally eludes me. I've gone and gotten these things clearly marked and still can't make a word from that crossword solver. Thinking I might have to PM someone on this.
