Something(s) about those notes is(are) broken... Is this the way? Or I'm seeing too much?

Most of us are overthinkers :P It's just to reject your ignorance ;>

Picture is all you need. And basic knowledge of music notes.

Ugh... I had a few ideas, but nothing worked.

As for differences between what I see and normal music... Lines shouldn't go behind the clef, there's no time signature, and no musical note is all-black without a stem. But that's probably over-thinking it.

The mysterious detail is the key to solving this level, isn't it? Or are there a few keys to look for?

"The mysterious detail" is the key and it is probably obvious if your knowledge about music is better than mine :D

If you aren't an expert - learn more about what you see or just try... ;)

Still didn't spot the mysterious detail (or maybe I did, but didn't realize), made it through anyway though. The answers are always so simple and basic, yet so fiendishly hard...

I think I found the key to the riddle, I'm still trying to find that other 1/4.

This level is really easy, and you don't even have to notice the detail - simply think about an alteration that could possibly affect the note names. There are things online that can helpy ou to do this alteration and solve the level. Alternatively you can notice the detail (I haven't yet) and work from there, but either way it should be intuitively obvious how this detail affects notenames.

I hope that this won't be too much of a spoil, but... Among those cited there's a correct answer.
