Try opening the key in Chrome or Firefox. They both are trying to display the file as an image, even though it isn't. IE shows the text, but Chrome and Firefox do not. So this is a pretty bad bug for newcomers, they might think it's just not working.

I solved new 17 in Chrome. It is not a bug, just one more step is needed now. We all are here to say newcomers that lvl 17 works fine and what they got is what they need

Although I have to note that it DOES display differently in my un-updated-for-ages-ships-with-Vista version of IE.

I get the bug described, it does not prevent you from solving the riddle. You just need to be smart, which is, I guess, the requirement for riddles anyway.

For me it is even cute.
