No, I still don't understand. It's pretty frustrating.
I thought it might be something to do with numbers of bLue, but it doesn't look that way.
In all honesty I'm not sure where to start.

"image Blue riddle" and "source bLue riddle" are independent
check the hs you got after solving the image part and compare what you have there with bLue...
it shows the method you need
Apply it on the source words

I'm stuck.. I only got the clue hintscreen which doesn't help me. Now i'm trying to get a correct value from the blue color and write it on URL but i think i'm on the wrong track.. and for the source riddle.. i just don't know what to do.. Is the name of the picture important?

when i apply the bLue code on the words do i have to make an inversion of the letters? or just to point out letters from the words?

The "Need a..." hs will help a lot. Just compare it to "bLue", and that's all you need to figure out the code for the source riddle (in fact, it's possible to figure out with just the word "bLue", only more difficult).

The gateway still says that the circle has been closed, so where am I now? The square?
Current progress
Main levels: solved 1~76
Bonus levels: solved BTHL, 5007, T and -
Old levels: solved 1~30
The "Need a..." HS is the single most useful thing in the entire level to figure out bLue. Compare the two. Then you will know what to do with the source.

the source part was fun, but i still can't solve the picture one
picking blue /several shades of it/ and checking its h.. value doesn't help
i guess my problem is that i can't find any 'deep' paint option in its 'branching roots of functions'
edit: oh that was simple. i was there from the start, just over-complicated everything. you don't have to google or switch programs at last step - all you need is in paint, both old and more recent version /the required option isn't that hard to find as might seem from the thread/
and remember what color the level is about
you need only this one
