There are two seperated riddles within this level, both needed to obtain the pass.

It's easier to solve the picture blue first... Although solving the source give you very big hint to solve the picture. So, this only depends on your decision.

I have a technical question, specific to this level. I am using GIMP, but I am not very familiar with it. Is there a way to filter out colors or add a layer of color, so that only a single color remains...blue, for instance?

EDIT: Found the clue in the source and found the hypnotic page, which gave me another clue in its source code that I think is a direction for manipulating the picture...so I am back to my problem of limited knowledge with GIMP.

Source one... You don't have to apply blue. You have to apply bLue. It makes difference
