Just fill up the number with the oddest thing in this level.

The second hint from source is helping a bit.

We have been on Vacation and our brain cells are rusty. We aren't sure if we are on 26 or 27. We did figure out what the numbers were about and then got another page then a picture with something missing. It says 27. in the picture but it seems to be a part of 26. Any direction here?

There's only one problem...

I have no clue how to use the second hint.
I tried shifting the letters, converting to numbers, etc, etc.
Nothing seems to come from it, unless the idea behind it was to eat alphabet soup, and throw up an answer.

I don't know how to connect the second hint from source with the numbers in the pic...
