ah, it's so frustrating, getting stuck on a level i solved before a few years ago... anyway, i'm pretty sure i have the right method, know how to get M out of C, know what realities are, know what the numbers have in common... and what I'm getting is a set of random letters, out of which I can't create anything, even with the help of an anagrammer. Is there one more step after working out what I did, or am I simply making some stupid mistake (or is my method completely wrong? i seriously doubt that, it all makes too much sense)?

I think it might be a little mistake. You seem to know all you should. The letters will look random at first, but there's no need to anagram them.
I'm also solving levels again and just went through this one again. If you want to talk to sort out things, feel free to PM me while the level mechanics are still fresh in my head
I'm not stuck here anymore and willing to help. You won't see the relationship between the numbers just by looking at them. The word "reality" was used in some previous level(s). What did it refer to then?
I think I understand the general theme behind this riddle (i.e. I think I know what "reality" means). I also found a hint screen although the picture technically shows the same thing.
I'll save this one for tomorrow morning -- must force myself to sleep now.
EDIT: Figured out one way for the numbers to make sense, but when I integrate letters, it becomes nonsense.
EDIT: Hahaha, turns out it wasn't nonsense. I just had to keep going. If you've got a system that works, trust it! Solved.
Is anybody listening...?
I'm stuck on this riddle for months, maybe even a year now.
I have found hs pretty quick, but it does not show me anything more than the riddle itself.
I don't see how 48 is transforming c into m (and later in the riddle it also has to transform O into something) and staring at this level for any longer will most certainly drive me into madness.
Somebody has written that it's not so hard, it doesn't require any high-mathematical skills, but then somebody else mentioned different numerical systems and those are supposedly the different realities (so for me it's not an easy level if I have to use anything but basic level knowledge).
I have no clue how to even start, I feel like I'm hitting wall over and over again for so long...

I'm only on level 41, but you are not alone here. Maybe I'll make it up to you and we can struggle on it together.
