Is it? How the hell one can do this in Paint. Paint has 4 options and none of them leads to the word.
I'd suggest GIMP or Photoshop. You don't have to use any complicated tools, just remember what you are searching for.  |
ok partly agree - it is easier in Gimp, Photoshop or Infraview, but still possible in Paint  |
It is better to do it in paint , it is clear that gimp has many useless options which could mislead you. |
